Activities Offered

At the Dr. Abdul Qadeer Khan School (DRAQKS), we offer a diverse range of IT courses to prepare our students for the rapidly evolving digital landscape. Our curriculum is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in various fields of technology, including software engineering.

STEM Club

Our STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) club engages students in hands-on STEM activities, projects, and competitions. Activities may include robotics competitions, coding challenges, science fairs, and engineering design challenges.

Computer Science Society

Our computer science society provides a platform for students to explore and discuss topics related to computer science and technology. Members participate in coding workshops, hackathons, guest lectures, and networking events with industry professionals.

Digital Media Club

Our digital media club allows students to express their creativity and develop their digital media skills through activities such as photography, videography, graphic design, and digital storytelling. Members collaborate on multimedia projects and showcase their work through exhibitions and film festivals.

IT Workshops and Seminars

We organize IT workshops and seminars on topics such as cybersecurity, web development, programming languages, and emerging technologies. These workshops provide students with opportunities to learn from experts in the field, gain hands-on experience, and stay updated on the latest trends and developments in IT

Tech Competitions

We encourage students to participate in tech competitions such as coding competitions, hackathons, robotics competitions, and IT quizzes. These competitions provide students with opportunities to test their skills, collaborate with peers, and showcase their talents on a regional, national, or international level.

Community Service Projects

We believe in the importance of giving back to the community, and our students participate in IT-related community service projects such as teaching digital literacy skills to underserved populations, refurbishing computers for donation, and organizing e-waste recycling drives.
